Welcome to West Australia and to the Under 15s Lacrosse 2014 National Tournament.
We are truly excited to host this event and it is my very pleasant duty as the President of LWA to take this opportunity to officially welcome all players, coaches, managers, support staff and all Officials for both the Girls and the Boys, to Perth for this combined Under 15s Lacrosse 2014 National Tournament.
On behalf of LWA Board, I would like to acknowledge this year’s tournament committee for their hard work and dedication, in particular Fran Maunton as Tournament Director, and to thank the committee for all their work during the week to keep the tournament running to the high standard they have set themselves.
LWA encourages all players and supporters to take some time while here to look around Perth as this will make this tournament a very memorable visit not just for the great lacrosse that will be played but also for the Perth experience.
Finally, I wish the competitors all the very best during the tournament week, may all the matches be played in the true lacrosse spirit of competition and friendship. You are all wonderful lacrosse ambassadors and it is important that you let all your friends know how much you enjoy this great game of lacrosse.
